The short version

We collect the details you give us on the audit form, use them to prepare your angle audit and contact you about it, and never sell them. We never access your ad accounts. Research data about brands and customers is stored anonymized.

What we collect

What you submit: your brand URL, a competitor, and your email address.
A one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) for abuse prevention.
Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.

How we use it

To prepare and send your angle audit, to reply to you, and to improve our service. If you become a client, we use it to deliver the work you've engaged us for.

Research data

Our analysis draws on competitor advertising (via licensed ad-intelligence data) and public customer sentiment (reviews and forums). Customer quotes are stripped of personal identifiers before they enter our systems. We do not scrape private or logged-in data, and we never connect to your ad accounts.

Who we share it with

Only the processors that run our service: hosting (Vercel), our database (Supabase), and email delivery. Each handles data under their own terms. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep audit-request data for as long as needed to respond and, if you engage us, for the life of the engagement plus the period our tax and contract obligations require. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights
